Warrior's Haven is humbled and honored to have a wide network of committed patriot citizens concerned about our veterans and willing to provide assistance. That assistance comes in the form of donated materials, equipment, services, and of course funds. We created Warrior's Haven to be a best-in-class 501(c)(3) non-profit charity managed by seasoned professional leaders and managers. We believe in leveraging the wisdom of people who have led successful profit and non-profit businesses, performed both business and board level financial governance, and who bring a wealth of insight and resources Warrior's Haven can use to help our veterans. Our senior advisory board comprises the following great Americans:

Peter Gary - Founder

Peter Gary - Founder

Peter is himself a military veteran. After serving in the Marine Corps for eight years, he began a decade-long career in the automotive industry, where he went on to serve as General Manager for several of the country's leading dealerships. During the late 90's, Peter embraced the emerging technology market and shifted out of sales and into the rapidly evolving tech space. He moved to South Florida and helped launch several highly successful businesses. Peter is a devoted philanthropist, working extensively with The Boys and Girls Club of South Florida, while serving as a member of its Board of Directors. He has also worked diligently to support Hope on Wheels, an organization that supports the fight against pediatric cancer, FATE - The Foundation for Autism Training and Education, the Wounded Warrior Project, for support programs and services for wounded veterans, and is a proud supporter of the George Snow Scholarship Fund. Peter is an exceptional fundraiser and diligent architect of Warrior's Haven's success.

Marty Strong - Founder and CEO

Marty Strong - Founder and CEO

Marty Strong is a twenty-year veteran of the U.S. Navy SEALs, a business leader, author, and sought after motivational speaker. He is known for the leadership insights and experiences gained during his military service, as well as his work in the corporate world. Strong has written books on leadership and personal development, drawing from his experiences in high-pressure environments. He often speaks on topics related to resilience, teamwork, and effective leadership strategies. Marty has served as a board member of the Boy's and Girl's Clubs at the county and state level. He served on the board of BEST Robotics, Inc, a 503c entity that for 31 years has delivered technical training and experience to our nation's youth. He is also associated with the SEAL Veterans Foundation, donating the proceeds of his novels to their highly effective PTSD programs. Marty is proud and excited to lead the Warrior's Haven team of exceptional volunteers and advisors.

Minna Nahvi - Founder and President

Minna Nahvi - Founder and President

Minna is a Senior Executive with CVS Health, responsible for AVP, DDAT Business Management and Enterprise Delivery, directly managing $1.2 Billion in IT expense and capital. As a founder of Warrior's Haven and its President, Minna brings a unique skill set of problem-solving informed by her two decades of hands-on project management experience. This ability allows her to quickly identify potential issues and turn them into opportunities. Minna uses her innovative thinking to optimize processes. She is a motivated, and accountable leader who is focused on the mission of Warrior's Haven. Her expertise in design, innovation, delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall, scrum, DevOps, and experience with cloud providers is a plus when advising and directing Warrior's Haven operations. Minna's program management acumen includes estimating and forecasting, budget and financial oversight, and resource allocation, best practices required of any well-managed charity organization. Minna is committed to making Warrior's Haven the best source of veteran support and assistance.

Jack Chadam - Board Member

Jack Chadam - Board Member

Jack Chadam is a 20-year resident of Delray Beach and for the last 10 years has served as the Director of Business Development and Accounts for CBIZ, the nation's 7th largest accounting and advisory firm. As a man of Faith, Community Service and Giving are core pillars of his business and personal life. For the last ten years he has served in Board roles and supported the efforts of The South Florida Charity Classic, among other veterans-focused charitable causes. In 2024, Jack was invited to the Southeast Florida Area Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society - he and his survivor wife are pleased to have materially pledged support of ACS' "All in Against Cancer" Campaign. In 2025, Jack was invited to join the Board of Warrior's Haven where he is proud and privileged to continue his work on behalf of our nation's veterans, particularly those in crisis or need. Jack lends his financial expertise to the board in the area of financial audits and governance.

Christian Boswell - Board Member

Christian Boswell - Board Member

Christian is the President and Executive Creative Director of bfw Advertising, which has been an integral part of the Palm Beach County business community for more than two decades. In addition to board positions on the Palm Beach County Advertising Federation, Christian also served as President of Voices for Children of Palm Beach County, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the county's Guardian Ad Litem program. A former college linebacker and published novelist, Christian holds a BA from Rhodes College and a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. Christian and his wife Patricia are the proud parents of a 22-year old daughter-along with a 150-pound Bernese Mountain Dog. As the son of a proud veteran, Christian is honored to have the opportunity to devote his time and creative energy toward helping Warrior's Haven pursue its mission.
